now at least on paper there is a chance for Iran to beat Chinese Taipei and qualify. the tie breaking criteria is GD (and not head to head) so Iran only has to win by 1 goal. TPE is stronger they were down 2-0 but beat the Philippines 4-2. but that doesn't look completely impossible. advancing from this round will be a huge huge achievement for this team.
