Milad Mohammadi is a free transfer now. Fingers crossed a team in Russia or other top European leagues sign him. Zenit would be wonderful. Good attacking side for arguably the fastest LB in Russian League to pounce in crosses for Dzyuba and Azmoun. Would hate to see such a talent at his age wasted in PGL or Qatari League.

he'd have to up his attacking wing play big time to get regular minutes in Zenit, the way they often line-up and play...!
the plus he already possesses the beast like fitness/defensive tenacity and mad pace coming outa wahzoo..!
and like you say, he is a Free, which by itself guarantees him of a relatively impressive transfer ..!
Milad's agent states that he has an interest in staying in Russia. It is also mentioned that there is interest from 5 different leagues, including England:
"Agent: "Mohammadi can move to England"
Former Akhmat defender Milad Mohammadi may stay in Russia. This was stated by the player's agent Sandor Varga.
To Mohammadi there is an interest from the leading championships. Great interest from England, from other top 5 championships. They are also interested in them in Asia and the Middle East. But so far all negotiations are preliminary, no specifics. The priority of Milad himself is to stay in Russia. He likes everything here, he has a positive attitude towards the country and the championship. Although, of course, if invited by the European top club, it will be difficult to refuse."

Not really. His agent said they are among the teams that have made a proposal. Along with Spartak Moscow, Zenit, Dinamo Zagreb, a german team. Now clearly there is interest from celtic/rangers and some english teams(fulham, bristol, newcastle) as well. Watford were even mentioned in January.
Dynamo moscow is probably the least likely place we would see milad.
My money is on zenit. They need a left back to start and replace zhirkov, clearly they dont trust ex rubin guy nabiullin to do that is semak barely played him at all this season. Their interest is legitimate and confirmed my multiple russian sources close to the club. They could get him on the free and save money for investment in other areas of their team. And is his agent now said he wouldnt mind staying in russia, and as a likely starter for a champions league side linking up with sardar...makes the most sense for all parties involved.
