At least he should be looked by teams like Anderlecht/Brugge

On koja, piccolo Massimino koja.
Do you know how many Teams want him??? He is a Champions League manager! He will definitely NOT be cheap. We are fortunate enough he has even considered Iran as many managers disrespect and leave Iran.
TBH, I’d rather spend a lot of money on one proven manager than spend chucks of millions (like Tractor) on semi-decent managers who flop. This is financially a better investment, not for the club but for Iranian football. It’s like buying a cheaper German car which breaks down instead to spending a little more money to buy a Japanese car which is stable and won’t cost you to fix.
Also... Ask Spartak Moscow fans what they think of him. If Persepolis doesn’t grab him millions of other clubs he’s linked to will. Plus I don’t think he’s in it for the money if he hasn’t gone to a Qatar or UAE club since he parted pays with Spartak. Spartak messed up when they terminated his contract and now they realize it.

Ajax is a HUGE club, with a HUGE fanbase, and the ability to attract a lot of good players, and keepers, who have WAY more credible experience in European football than Beiro, who has just played in IPL.
Beiro is a hero to us, but there are many keepers out there who simply have WAY more experience playing in top leagues.
Playing for Perspolis (literally unheard of to people in Europe) and saving one cristiano penalty, is not enough to go from Perspolis to Ajax.
It's a tough thing to realize, but how many players have you seen go from IPL, straight to a big club like Ajax? - Probably none. I can't remember any.

Our team's young core will be reaching their prime by the next world cup, them going to Europe and getting a few years of proper training and high level experience will be crucial to us getting to the round of 16. Imagine Beiranvand improving by facing more than PGPL attackers every week. Ezatolahi with improved fitness and consistent game time to develop. Azmoun, Jahanbakhsh, Mohammadi, etc playing in top leagues.
If Beiranvand can get to Genk still that would be amazing, they are in CL and the Belgian league feeds into the French, German, and English leagues. One or two good seasons could earn him a move.
If Mohammadi's best offer is Spartak, that's Europa league and a better squad that Akhmat.
If Ezatolahi needs to stay at Reading next season, so be it. The Championship has 48 league games in addition to cups, plenty of practice against decent sides through both competitions. If proven, he can move up to a better team.
Majid Hosseini will have Europa next season, Azmoun has CL, and if Moharrami stays he will also have CL.
We have Delfi and Gholizadeh for our wings and many more young talents across the board
Our legionnaire situation isn't too bad

Successes for our players in smaller leagues is great for developing our football image. Karim's success in Greece brought in Hajsafi and Shojaei. Rezaei's in Belgium brought in multiple other Iranians. Having multiple of these players in Europe improves the overall team.

Watching some of Delfi's games from the past season, he can be a really coveted talent soon. Gholi as we all know is probably our most exciting player, just needs to stay and fit and his talent will do the rest.
