Our coach should make this a teaching moment. Since Ahani will be out for at least 2 games, the coach should read him the riot act (in front of the team) and send him home in order to get the point across that undisciplined behavior will not be tolerated. Its painless since the guy is out but sometimes a little kick in the pants works really well in getting the youngsters attention.

شکست ناباورانه جوانان مقابل روسیه


تیم ملی جوانان ایران در گام اول شکست ناباورانه ای مقابل میزبان داشت.


به گزارش سایت رسمی فدراسیون فوتبال تیم*ملى جوانان ایران در نخستین بازی خود مقابل میزبان در تورنمنت روسیه با یک یار کمتر شکست خورد.
تیم جوانان كه در نیمه اول مقابل حریف بازی قابل قبولی را به نمایش گذاشت و در صحنه هایی نیز میتوانست صاحب گل برتری شود با تساوی بدون گل به رختکن رفت.
در شروع نیمه دوم هر دو تيم تعویض های متعددى را انجام دادند که شاگردان پورموسوی در نیمه دوم نیز میتوانستند به گل برتری دست یابند
اما در صحنه ای مشکوک داور بازی یک پنالتی به نفع میزبان اعلام كرد و سعید آهنی را از زمین اخراج کرد و روس ها توانستند از روی نقطه پنالتی گل اول را به ثمر برسانند.


در ادامه باز هم شاگردان پور موسوی بودند که صاحب توم و زمین بودند اما با بدشانسی های زیاد توپ وارد دروازه نشد تا در ادامه و روی یک ضد حمله میزبان گل دوم را هم به ثمر رساند.

جوانان ایران پس از دریافت گل دوم باز هم دست به حملات متعددى زدند اما تنها یکی از موقعیت ها در دقیقه ۸۷ توسط علی سبحانی وارد دروازه روسیه شد.
شاگردان پور موسوی بعد از گل اول هم*میتوانستند صاحب گل تساوی شوند که دفاع و دروازه بان روسيه مانع از تساوی شدند.
در دیگر دیدار گروه سوم نیز آرژانتین با دو گل ارمنستان را شکست داد.
ايران در ادامه رقابت ها جمعه شب برابر ارمنستان قرار مى گيرد.

I was actually impressed by the fighting spirit and 'never-give-up' attitude of our young boys. They gradually got better with their passing and defense and created several chances when down one man. Also, for those of you who didn't watch the game, Ahani was not sent off because of protesting, he was sent off because the ref thought this was a scoring opportunity with no other Iranian defenders around. He was very calm talking to the ref. In my mind, there was not enough contact for a penalty and there was some showmanship on the Russian side. Lets watch the game before prejudging our guys.

What next?

Tomorrow Iran will face Armenia with hope of first win. Armenia lost 0:2 to Argentina but played well for first half, and they exhibit good passing game, one that Iran team lacks. Best is to start with fresh players and rest few for last group match versus Argentina.
