I’m pretty sure that there are non-footballing reasons that AJB is sidelined. Hopefully We will find out when he leaves. The sooner the better.

I like JB as much as everyone else here, but I do think we get a little too judgemental and let bias cloud our judgement. He probably isn't the player that the coach needs at the moment, they're probably more busy with defending and trying to push games to a tie. Maybe there's a reason JB doesn't play as often?

I hope he makes it in Brighton, but I'd much prefer to see him in one of the other big leagues (Italy, Spain, Germany). It's been a while since we've had players there (Rezaei, Masoud, and ... Hashemian?), and I don't think the "physicality" of the English game is as present in those leagues.

Well, if BHA is looking for ties, then they should play JB more. BHA owes two of their recent ties to the few minutes he played in those two games.

We have seen enough of BHA and JB to know that his exclusion has nothing to do with football. He has been effective to very effective in the very limited minutes he has played.

Wow interesting article that says Alireza could have moved to Watford before he joined Brighton but the owner Pozzo didn’t want to go for it because he thought that players from countries like Iran aren’t valued as they deserve and so pulled out of the deal.
