    Saman Ghoddos @ Amiens SC | 2019-2020

Last season, Saman went through some issues which stopped him from playing many games. This season, I'm ready to see Saman tear up Ligue 1, and finally get the fan's player of the season award!

Calhanoglu lost 4 months of playtime due to a transfer issue like this, hopefully that doesn't happen to Ghoddos.

In every case similar to his, players have gotten the 4 months ban. Taremi got it as well. I do not see how he will escape this ban. Hopefully they start the ban in the summer months so he only misses couple months at the beg. of the season.

Karim Ansarifard (Luka Elsner) is Amiens new coach. Amiens have parted ways with Christophe Pélissier.

Amiens picked up some decent midfielders in Blin and Gnahore and some other squad players. Just need a good gk and maybe another defender.

They will also receive 12 million from NDombele's sell on clause which can help strengthen them.

If the new coach is decent, Amiens has a good shot at upper mid table.

Just doing some Wikipedia research on the new manager, he is Slovenian and joins them from Union Saint-Gilloise in Belgium. Has only spent one season at his previous three clubs.

Amiens are trying to get Percy Tau and Ryad Boudebouz. Quality players.

Interested to actually see Tau play, Brighton brought him because he was one of the best players in the South African league and supposedly he did well at Union SG but in this African Cup of Nations I haven’t seen him do much so far.

Not seen anything at all, it’s a shame because from what I’ve seen he was a step ahead of most of his team last season. He had a great start but injuries and the Asian Cup knocked him back a bit. He has probably gone back under the radar now and will have to get himself back into the frame for a transfer to a bigger club with some very good performances which he is more than capable of.
