like i said before im fairly sure much of his current not playing situation is probably stemming from his refusal so far to extend for cheap with Trab, so that the club can make a bigger profit transferring him elswhere..!!

most Turkey folks (at least most all that ive ever come across) are extremely full of themselves , arrogant and ignorant AF and can be sorta koskholo kaleshagh like Trab has been acting towards majid this past season or so..!

Hugo one the CBs that has been starting over him this season is injured which is why he started today. He needs to use this opportunity to prove his worth to either transfer out or gain a starting role

Starting against Goztepe in the absence of Hugo.

Erzurumspor are said to be seriously interested in him and have initiated dialog with Trabzonspor.

The Trabzonspor coaching staff are happy with his performance and want to keep him as a back-up or potential starter instead of Edgar. Majid has told the club he wants to be in contention for TM and will make a decision regarding his future this week.

Well since he was very good in last two games, both wins, I think erzurumspor is probably not going to happen. If he did go there it would be the dumbest waste of 6 months to play for dead last team.

Majid has raw ingredients to be a solid cb in top 5 leagues. His issue, similar for lot of young cbs, is consistency and lapses in judgements. His horror tackle in crucial title winning game last year, pks he gave away for TM and Trab, and some semi regular rash desicion making led in part to his problems in last year (plus crap trab management, mistakes by whoever is representing him).

I’d like to see him regain stsrting spot and put together a solid run of 10-20 games to finish the season, get trab into EL positions. Then reassess his options in the summer, when he is likely to have more concrete interest if he plays consistently in upcoming months

Trabzonspor coach Abdullah Avci, who has managed to turn things around since taking over 8 weeks ago, has now asked the club to extend Majid's contract. He has also told Majid that he wants him to stay. It is clear now that Vitor Hugo, Edgar Ie, and Majid Hosseini are now the top three CBs in rotation.
