May be the Cypriots can't play proper football !!! May be the Dutch actually know how to pass the ball to their forwards rather than just kick it. May be the Dutch league which has produced some of the most lethal strikers, actually knows how to attack properly. Just may be.....

Regardless of what quality the league is. All his goals were beauties no matter what league and at what level they were scored on. Plus to call Eredivise is crap and weaker than PGPL is quite a funny statement.

That being said, the team that Gucci beat was pretty weak. Persepolis would probably put 2-3 goals in them as well.

he aint your hardworking type of forward (probably biggest reason why CQ towards the end hardly use him in TM.!) and he is getting up there in age too ...!!
no doubt he is more effective as an impact sub running against tired legs..!! thats probably more the thought behind the benching ..! ??
unless his competition at Striker position at the PEC are dreadful and fail to produce ? he is probably to play more as a 2nd half sub this season than starter, regardless of fitness..?
