Yes the goal difference is the first factor in case of equal points

hmmm...not much if we want to be first in our group.
if we draq iraq 2 times and IRQ – BAH is also a tie. and we win against BAH at home with the same result 1:0. then GD decides.

but if we became second GD is crucial! this could give help us.
