Taremi doesn't seem 100% recovered.

I haven't been impress by Sardar in a long time and just based on my observations doesn't put in enough effort on defense. I wouldn't mind seeing him come on for Kaveh around 60 Minute mark after Kaveh has bullied and wore down the Iraqi defense.

I personally think Karimi or Ansarifard are better than Amiri

As a CM, Karimi is better. As a forward, Ansarifard is better. As a CAM, I go with Amiri over both Karimi and Ansarifard. We need more creativity in CM. That is why I did not put all these three players Ebrahimi, Nourollahi, and Karimi in my line up.

He will play with caution, have a feeling all three of Omid, Nour and Karimi will start. Taremi if it is fit if not Amiri, Sardar for sure and the RW is a question mark which will be either of Kaveh or Gholi. Prefer Kaveh.
You need players in this match who can press and put the pressure on defenders.

Karimi's form has been superb with Esteghlal if I'm not mistaken, I think he deserves to start. I'd go something like this
