I don't like this best four runner ups thing, why not have a play off between the eight runners up to decide the final four places.

not correct, not all the 2nd placed teams go through, only best 4 i think it is, but not all

and 10pts won't be enough

If Bahrain doesn’t beat Iraq it should be good. They would end up with max 15 points. We are 1 point out of the runner up qualifying. 4 teams have 7 points. And I highly doubt there are 4 other runner ups good enough to run their table.
