Islamian is wrong about Wilmots contract.
He said may be Wilmots did not read contract carefully and he is only entitle to 3 months pay.

Islamian is wrong, he does not comprehend it himself.

According to cancellation clause, Iran only pay 3 months IF wilmots cancel contract . Wilmots said contract has been cancelled because IFF did not pay .
Unless IFF prove they are not responsible for cancellation they have to pay it all.
3 months pay by Iran is only if its fault of Wilmots otherwise penalty is full pay.

Someone should explain it to Islamian.

I have warned about this situation even before Wilmots filed a claim.

^didnt Wiltits threatened to quit and no show for Iraq match due to non-pay or whatever ??

but then he showed last minute to stand uselessly on the sidelines vs iraq... so i dont know..!??

some reports back then suggested IFF had agreed to his quitting and paid him his 3months ahead pay "contract cancelation" in turkey pre Iraq match and then he was just brought back for some sorta of show of (everything is normal portrayal for the Iraq clash, SNAFU situation ..!!?)

i suppose that lard-ass, moftkhor using his last stint on the iran sidelines as the continuation of his contract regardless of agreeing to quit prior..? hairy situation.. fo shu classic IFF contract dealings..

        .

Wilmots send a letter of resignation but claim that is due to violation , breach of agreement by IFF . So his resignation is justified.

According to the contract Wilmots get full payment for 3 years except:

A- Wilmots resign without justification. In such case Wilmots still gets 3 months salary
B- IFF cancel his contract because Wilmots breach of contract. In such case Wilmots still gets 3 months salary.!

Since cases of A & B does not apply here he is entitled to full payment.

He insists he has sent various letters before Iraq game reminding IFF of violation, and then he has resigned because he had justification ( from contract) .

As for one week extra work for Iraq game ( train in Iran and coach in Jordan), he will claim it was gentleman agreement to help IFF since they had no time for replacement ( not negating his resignation).

It will be Daei I think in the end.

With the recent assassination of soleimani plus heightening tensions, football is on back burner for sure .

Daei can be paid easily, already rejected zob job, and will try to be painted as creating a nationalist vibe and picture for TM, which I think he can actually do.

With ARJ in great form, Saman back, Azmoun well rested, and gholizadeh, Kaveh, Milad all in excellent form plus still weapons like Taremi, guys like Majid, etc we should have more than enough firepower to go with a strong mentality and fix the mess we are in.

Well he still doesn’t seem to have a slam dunk case against IFF claiming that bs excuses for his own apathetic behavior..! Besides whosever heard of a coach getting his entire multi-year contract value paid upon getting fired for any reason, much less a legitimate excuse for flat-out failing miserably in nearly every aspect of his job ..!? (3 fking years worth of pay @ that..!:bs: ) who was the idiot in IFF who negotiated that aspect of his contract ffs...his ass shoulda been sent packing first n foremost..!

Anyways chances are wiltits will end up winning some sorta cash reward but very unlikely he could win anything close to what his greedy charlatan ass is seeking. ..!? FIFA can then proceed to pay him his judgment from the millions of WCQ money that supposedly they still owe IFF & can not pay us due to banking restrictions or whatever else bs excuses they got ..!
Same goes for that other goozoo moftkhor Brangoh..!
