AC Milan still showing interest in Azmoun. Is it 2014 again?
Will be an interesting project to watch under Ralf Ragnick!

Osimhen, Liverpool breaks in: now Napoli on Azmoun and Jovic
The Premier League danger has materialized. After the Manchester United poll, it was Liverpool yesterday to move to Osimhen through contact with his new agent D'Avila (a super offer of 7 million per season would be ready). Napoli had moved ahead reaching a draft agreement with Lille (60 million) and ripping off a general appreciation of the Nigerian attacker: now however the situation has been decidedly complicated with the Liverpool break-in that could equalize the offer of Napoli (currently the only official who has arrived at Lille). The deal now becomes much more difficult with a situation that has become an uphill one and then the Giuntoli director also works on other objectives, the Azmoun Iranian of Zenit Saint Petersburg, the Serbian Jovic of Real Madrid who also like Milan, the Colombian Morelos of the Glasgow Rangers, the Norwegian Sorloth of Trabzonspor on loan at the Crystal Palace and the suggestion Immobile.
THE CHANGE OF SCENARIO
Osimhen's choice to change attorney was the alarm bell: the Lille forward while showing appreciation for the Napoli solution after visiting the city and meeting with Gattuso and then the one in Capri with De Laurentiis has never completely dissolved his reservations because his basic dream was that of the Premier League. The old agents had already reached an agreement on the basis of 2.5 million per season but then the new prosecutor came into play who put the blue club on standby and began to probe the Premier League teams. The speech with Napoli was blocked on the speech related to the engagement and the commissions: the blue club in fact does not want to raise the offer already formulated and will not go beyond the established figure and another solution should be found (perhaps involving Lille in payment) to satisfy new requests. The picture, therefore, changed after the general manager of Lille had given the deal with Napoli now only to the details: the desire of the French club was in fact to close already this week the deal with the blue club for reasons of financial fair play. Instead the situation has stalled (another player of the French team in the sights of the blue club is the Brazilian defender Gabriel, followed by the PSG).
And so Napoli, which was in pole position for its purchase, has now slipped further back, even if the situation is not closed and there are glimpses because the negotiations with Liverpool (or other English clubs, Manchester United in the lead ready to take over ) will still be defined with Lille, as well as with the player's agent. It was, however, a sudden stop and a sudden change of course with the director Giuntoli who had begun to underline the difficulties of the operation with his words in the pre-match with Bologna. The blue club is always there waiting for a positive signal from its new agent D'Avila who did not arrive yesterday because his attention has shifted to the Premier League. Everything will be defined in the coming days for the conclusion of what has now become a soap opera with the constant changes of scenarios from one day to the next (in the summer of 2019 a similar story concerned Pepe, another Lille striker, treated for a long time by the Naples which was then purchased by Arsenal). The word end will be put in the next few days. But now with Osimhen who has moved away, the blue club thinks of the other options for the attack, starting with the Iranian Azmoun, because Milik has not renewed the contract and at the end of the season he will go away (Napoli evaluates him 40 million), the club most interested remains in Juve.

His new agent is being a terrible person and saying that the agreement was made with Osimhen’s old agent and also saying he has sounded out Liverpool and Man United, fair play to Napoli for not wanting to be messed around.
Liverpool link I don’t get, we could have got Timo Werner for similar money and didn’t want to do it, all the word coming out the camp is that we will be looking at promoting youth again next season as back up. The club owners have been hit hard by Covid, their baseball team has also took big losses.
Also with the African Cup Of Nations moving to the season after this means that Salah and Mane won’t be leaving mid season and gives us less of a need to go in hard and spend big money on players. I really don’t see the transfer happening but this is football and stranger things have happened.

Btw, seeing how Beiro is under strict quarantine, don't you thing all this covid/quarantine thing will prevent some IPL-> Euro transfer (Mohabi, Torabi, Alipour, Niazmand, Ghaedi)?
