Kaveh is back!

Following several cases of COVID-19 contamination within the nucleus, staff and management, Sporting de Charleroi continues to regularly test all of its staff.

Thus, the latest results have, in agreement with the doctor of the Pro League, allowed Joris Kayembe, Amine Benchaib, Kaveh Rezai, Saido Berahino, Guillaume Gillet and Théo Gécé to join the group for training.

For the moment, only Ognjen Vranjes, Gjoko Zajkov & Marco Ilaimaharitra remain unavailable, just like Ali Gholizadeh, Mamadou Fall and Jordan Botaka, still retained by their national obligations.

A final test, organized by the Pro League, in preparation for the match against Excel Mouscron on Sunday, April 4, will take place on Thursday and will probably allow all players and staff to be operational by the end of the week.

Note that today, training will be divided into 2 parts with, on the one hand, a friendly match against RFC Seraing and on the other hand, training for the other players.

With Charleroi reverting back to where they belong (mid-tier team having no business being in European competition) In order for Gholi to grow, he needs to be sold while his stock is high. This could can be career defining off season for him. Hopefully Bayat can pull some strings and find him decent a French club.

As for Kaveh, I also think he needs to move, but probably to bigger Belgian team (Not good enough for Brugge) but someone of Genk or Antwerp status. No more loans back to Charleroi to be benched for the like Nicholson.

for the sake of TM's looming big wcqs I rather they dont make their bs Playoff which could tie them up late in EU end up loosing anyways..!!
Gholi's early presence in TM prep camp is a big boost to our chances and a healthy Khaveh is very adaptable workhorse attacking option for us..!

i think Gholi could thrive and advance his game massively in La Liga ... its a highly technical and sophisticated playing league and not so physical which will suite his playing profile perfectly..! if cheap enough i think a mid-table/promising potential team there could well be interested in his services..!!? or he perhaps the highly open and attacking Eredivisie could be a destination for him to explode his stats and garner higher profile EU offers next..??
khaveh, i dont see finding any better suitor than continued loan at Charlie boys for..? he is getting old and played out fast and too expensive of an acquiree sitting on a expensive still running contract. charlie boys should just build their attack next season around him..?
time for Bayat to cash in and bring another promising PGL player into his charlie boys mix ... Mohebi could be a cheap and promising replacement for Ali..!!?

They lost 2-1 and stay 4 points behind 8th with two games to play. They have to go away to Milad’s Gent (who are one point and one place ahead of them) this weekend and then they are at home to Eupen.

As BL mentioned earlier potential could be that soon it will be the end of the season for Gholizadeh , Rezai and Milad so they could link up earlier with the international squad.
