First time I’m watching a full Zenit match. Based on this game, they are just above an average European side. They maybe the cream la cream off the Russian league but by top European Standard, well...

It’s questionable how far Sardar will grow in stature this league and catch the eyes of the top European clubs? Perhaps this explains why although lots of rumours, he hasn’t managed a move to a top club.

As for Zenit style, booting the ball up so many times for the head of two tall strikers is not worthy of a top of the league European club, almost no flair in midfield.

Having said all this if there’s any goal for Zenit in this game, it will most probably come from Sardar.
