I'm sure Zenit will learn from their mistakes, the CL campaign is still not over for them and Azmoun.

Some interesting tidbits from the situation with Ozil at Arsenal. Draw your own conclusions if this parallels another familiar situation.
"Everyone says he's training well. Per Mertesacker [Arsenal defender, 2011-18 and now a coach at the club's academy] said this publicly. I spoke with at least five teammates who say he is training great. They say Mesut is one of their best players, and they cannot understand why he is left out. So it can't be the training. If it is not the pitch, what are the footballing reasons? "
"Maybe [Arsenal's] goal was to wait until the end and Mesut would say, 'I want to leave,'" Sogut said.
"If Mesut would have done that, the club can say he wants to go, and if they can't find him a club, they have an excuse and can say, 'We can't register you because you wanted to leave.' But they knew for a long time that Mesut wanted to stay. He made it very clear. Maybe they wanted him to feel unwanted and unwelcome, but he wants to play for the badge.
"Mesut cannot speak now because of confidentiality, but one day he will, and we'll see what people think."
=================================
Perhaps we need an Arsenal's fan thread. There are at least a couple of users with Arsenal in their name!!
Now back to the topic. I have a feeling Zenith will bounce back in this game. They do have a good team with sufficient talent to advance.Sign this petition to show opposition to US/UK support for the Rajavi/MKO cult

BR wanted to give Slimani a chance, but most fans didn't rate his last performance... And about Iheanacho, that is true. I agree with what you said about Azmoun and how he can fit in like a glove into the system.
I had a couple of questions about the game and Arsenal: 1) Why is Ozil not starting? I remember that great goal created by Ozil to Auba against us @ Emirates last time during Arteta era. You guys lack any creativity without him, too good of a player to be left out games. 2) Why is Saliba not getting any minutes, instead Mustafi...? He like Wesley Fofana are good defenders from Saint Ettiene. 3) Is the fan hate on Xhaka justified, should he have more/less of a role?
2)Saliba Im not sure. He had a lot of injuries last year and his mother recently died. He is just 19 so adaptation will take some time but I agree he should be playing right now. He will be a starter by the end of the season I think, at least by the start of next season.
3) I think most of fan base backs him now, which is a shame bc he is a careless player without required concentration levels on defense to take arsenal to a higher level. Leicester goal was his fault, just stopped tracking his runner for 10000th time. Ideally we would replace him with a high calibre defensive specialist #6/#8 hybrid.
In general I dont really feel close to this arsenal and this was the first game I saw in full in the last couple months

You come into a thread where you could have just looked back a few pages and seen what was going on but couldn’t be bothered to do so.
Reminds me of people in school who would ask a question right after it was just answered because they weren’t paying attention.
Now I agree with you that there’s no reason for anyone to be mean but it seems that People are just pointing out your lack of effort and I wouldn’t really characterize that as aggression.
But yes to summarize:
Zenit is severely underperforming considering the strength of their squad, and it seems like he is tactically clueless which lead to their really really embarrassing loss at home against Brugge.

It's not the first time I feel disrespected and unwanted for what I consider absolutely nothing. I'm not sure why some people react in such an aggressive manner.

No idea of the legitimacy of this but this website says he has a muscle strain (could just be poor journalism though?)
