Looks like he made a great headed goal line clearance, away from the goal, and was ready for followup clearance out to the side before Bezus randomly headed it back to danger zone
Definitely not milad's fault. His initial clearance was great and away from danger and saved a goal.
Also it seems like his offensive output is just statistically far improved from last season. In the last 2 pre season matches he hit the bar, provided one assist, provided one cross that hit post, and another cross that hit post today.

You see his teammates on the ground? Well a second or two earlier, Milad had blundered his clearance, and booted ball in the air in the penalty box, His teammate and his goalie went to get the ball, they clashed, then the sequence that's in the clip you shared started.
I assume longer highlights in the next day or two will have that part in there.

He wouldn't have to be making that 2nd clearance ( the one in the video you posted) had he not messed up the first one.

Milads clearance was high but not towards any opposition player/pressure. Should have been very easy catch for GK but his CB decided to head it backwards!?!?! And then milad managed goal line clearance, and again somebody else gave a far more dangerous clearance that gave up goal.

Was more CB/GK's fault for failing to communicate and clearing each other out than milads to be honest. Then Bezus could have just tapped ball out of play or cleared wide and again under minimal pressure gave it right to forward. The CB actually injured himself in the process.

at 20:13 is his great cross that was headed onto post. In general he is hitting very dangerous areas more regularly than before. A minute before that he had another good cross into danger zone.

Milad was the only defender in that sequence to actually do his job. Goal not his fault.

He booted the ball in the air which landed in front his own 6 yard box. That's definitely a poor clearance.

It's there around 12:00 and 12:40 timestamp. So I guess other people can look at it and make up their own mind.
Sure the miscommunication between the goalie and the defender made things worst, but they wouldn't have been in that position if it wasn't because Milad's blunder.

Hopefully the whole team can bounce back from this, and get back into shape for the European competition, and Milad can shine again on the big stage.

However you want to split blame there is no denying the first mistake came from Milad through his very poor clearance. He's usually solid though so hopefully it doesn't happen again.

It was a hard ball to clear on his weaker foot. Plus had he not even done that, the ball could've found the attacker right behind him. He did the right play at the right time but the ball took a funny bounce and at that point, the blunder between the GK and defender was a blooper and will take the real blame for that goal.

He was very good indeed, but Yaremchuk is also an extremely important offensive weapon for them as well.

He will be a miss but as you say yaremchuk who had some injury problems last year should have a great season. He is a very good forward with a lot of interest from bigger teams, but will be staying. I expect David’s creativity (he was a very firmino type of forward) to be replaced in part by the Georgian talent chakvetadze, who was actually interesting Spurs, Barca before being out all of last season with injury . Not to mention they will reinvest a good chunk of the 30 mil David fee into the squad .

Overall they are still a good team with great style and coach. But they need to iron out mistakes and in general pick it up to pre covid form if they are to get thru to CL group stages

Only saw a few matches form Milad in Belgium this season and I wasn't that impressed. Seems I missed out completely on him performing greatly. He brings all the assets to be successful in Europe, but I wouldn't recommend England to him, he's just physically not strong enough.

I have to disagree. If anything that's one of his biggest upsides. Last season he manhandled opposing players, and was even tasked with marking Edin Dzeko on corners, who is much bigger than him.

He had a good First season last year, with the only major weakness being the accuracy of his crosses (which still seems to be an issue based on his first game this season).

if Primarily tasked with defending, harassing opponents wingers and running at the opponents full speed, he can certainly deliver in spades, even in EPL...!! however his technical skills, crossing, passing are limited at best and often leaves much to be still desired..! but considering his age and price ($6-7 mil. ?) he is still a rea$onable, safe bet for lower ranked EPL teams who mostly have to park busses in order to claw out a relegation survival..!
