Obviously it shouldnt be too hard to right a few legally coherent contracts/ present a case in CAS. Zarif and co wrote a 200 page nuclear deal with the world, have defended themselves in countless international courts, etc. If IFF/clubs wanted to write coherent legal documents for larger investments they could just go ask these qualified legal people for assistance. They dont because there are elements in iranian football who are benefitting by MILLIONS from these faulty contracts and throwing legal battles at CAS.

Whoever agreed to this contract should be named and shamed.

If true, this would make Wilmots, who coached TM for only 6 months, the highest paid coach in the history of Asian football.

He should let go off this and get on with his life as Iranians will never forgive him.

Your anger should be directed at those bozos in IFF who signed such a contract with such an incompetent coach. Or at a minimum, they should get a better lawyer.“It is easier to fool the people, than to convince them they have been fooled." - Mark Twain

We should not be mad at wilmot even though he took advantage and he is a lousy coach he signed a legit contract and iff agreed to it and could not keep its word with wilmot.now wilmot is suing based on the contract . We need to blame iff . I hope we don’t win in cas then Iran football will have a good shake up.

I said this when he was hired and Taj said there was nothing wrong in the contract. I knew it was not good for our people and football.
I also blame Iranian people not holding the IFF bastards responsible.
If I had money, I would sue Wilmots for fraud. This way at least we could find out the cuts some IFF members have received.
6-8 million Euros is a lot of money that we do not have.
I tried to organize a group at PFDC to hire professional lawyers for his case and other similar cases.
By filing criminal lawsuit against Wilmots, we will learn a lot.
Not only IFF has incompetent people, most of our members among them several lawyers are incompetent too. I wrote to two lawyers among members, did not get an answer.چو ایران نباشد تن من مباد

Mostly the same mofoz who offered this beorzeh scandalous moftkhor this contract, were the bastards who were wanting CQ fired because he was making a whopping 1.5 mil a year ..!
Funny how quietly they swept it all under the rug as well ..! How is it that IFF board managed to gang up on azizi khadem for questionable incompetence & swiftly remove him from power but mostly the same lot!? the all stayed quiet as a mouse during this $everly damaging clausal fk up ..!Ha!?
From my recollections, IR embassy folks in Belgium were also involved in that fatfks contract negotiations & ensuing fall out..! Anyone know what role they played & even bothered to hold them possibly culpable in that fiasco..!? If not .. why ?
