Zonuzi reported to Sepah that there is an insertion into various contracts with foreigners by various middlemen that allows them to break contract and still get money from fifa. He experienced this with toshak fiasco. He says that these middlemen (like taj's son) introduce all the clubs/IFF involved in these disputes to ONE swiss lawyer, who has lost every case in CAS. Then the clubs/IFF are forced to pay and the middlemen who introduced the foreigner (toshak, stokesn wilmots, etc) get a huge cut of the "salary" that fifa orders them to pay.

Apparently wilmots contract wasnt even 3 million/yr, more like 1 and the other 2 was going directly to others.

What a fiasco. This is why the foreign player/coach thing has been ended so suddenly.

    Way too convenient...
Seems to me like misdirection after Khatir complained to AFC that Zenouzi owns 2 team sin the PGPL (Teraktor and Mashin Sazi)

It kind of checks out honestly. There has been way too many suspicious transfers and the connection with the SAME swiss lawyer is telling.

Taj was head of daftar-etelaate Sepah in esfahan, before getting involved with sepahan then iff. He apparently reached out to then and tried to convince them to not come after him...

Using the same damn garbage lawyer who keeps losing on what even appear to be easy cases is very suspicious.
Can you share the links where you see these accusations?
The links you shared didn't mention this.

The only thing this ruling is going to ensure is that teams will be able to get away with not paying their players/coaches on time without fear of punishment from FIFA, since most domestic players will have neither the resources nor the balls to stand up for themselves legally.
Trash and unwatchable league? The Persian Gulf Pro League is better than many leagues around the world. Including many leagues in Europe, such as the Greek or Polish league, or the Czech or Slovakian league etc. Also, i'd say that the PGPL is less corrupt than the leagues in Greece, Italy or Turkey for example, so it's all relative.

Lastly, the Iranian players will for sure receive their salary, this has always been the case and will remain so

I disagree. I think there should be a limited number for the league, but not completely getting rid of foreigners.

They can say whatever they want to say and make up whatever bullshit excuse they want to make. We all know they are getting orders from Majles because of the Cold War they’re in with Trump.
