This forum is literally the only place that doesn't rate Potter as a coach...
from Red Cafe, to RAWK, to all other PL-team forums, rate him and genuinely think he's one top finisher away from top half....no wonder their results have increased after dumping Matt Ryan....now they just need a striker. They play really really nicely and easy for the eye for the talent they have at their disposal. And now have massively tightened defensively without behind a boring hoofball team like Allardyce/Pulis teams.
stop the sour grapes, it makes you come off not too great guys.
ARJ getting injured every time genuine chances of establishing himself in the team (like now with fixture congestion) doesn't help...he's like Naby Keita of Liverpool.
you can have all the talent in the world, but if you can't stay fit for a sustained period ...you're not much of use.

Potter’s results have been just as bad as his predecessor (if not worse).
So you’re consistently creating a losing formula for the past 2 seasons, but you’re not gonna give ARJ, a leading goal scorer for the dutch league, more playing time? Are you afraid he’ll “mess” things up?
Potter has a particular “style” he wants to play, and ARJ just doesn’t fit. Hence, why he needs to leave.

ARJs only reward for chelsea, b'mouth goals was 1 more start against everton then hardly any minutes at all, until end of season. Even early on when those garbage mins started he produced a crucial assist against watford, no reward for it.
Fact is him failing at brighton is a two way street. I know potter is immune to criticism for whatever reason but he simply did not afford ARJ the same chances he afforded players in similar positions with similar or worse outputs. IF ARJ basically didnt score he wouldnt start the next game, ridiculous considering the context that is brighton in the PL. He has not helped himself this reason with injury but even then, he had great games in the cup, a crucial assist vs united, still didnt get rewarded with a proper run of 5 starts or somethings, at max he got one game vs leicester where he actually was brightons most dangerous player and was yanked before the 50th minute.
You cant expect a player to ever find rhythm when you never start them more than 1 game in a row lol. It clearly didnt work for mccalister, trossard, etc so not sure why that is the expectation of ARJ.

My passion as a fan of TM players in Europe aside, Potter has done ZERO more than CH did two years ago. Some may "rate" Potter better and point to his "stats", but the results speak for themselves. BHA was barely keeping its head above relegation for most of the season, had not won a home or EPL match in ages, and is now barely making it to #15 (around the same position that CH had BHA before he was sacked).
