The Brand is Capelli Sport - They sponsor my local German Team (3rd Division) and I have to say that they have an amazing Quality. Really, I have been surprised.
They are also sponsoring the Lebanese NT, and to be fair - the shirt looks sick.

Now the sad part:
It´s a US Company - we therefore can forget a sponsorship.
