Zenit has a whole Farsi twitter page for the team, which in and of itself, is impressive. However, I have not seen them (or any other Euro team) hash tag players' name in Farsi. FC Porto is clearly thinking long game here with Mehdi, and drawing fans from every community. Their surge in Mehdi jersey sales also speaks to that!
