Hopefully whatever it is will be resolved and he will return to TM. At the moment he is irreplaceable.

Maybe there was a misunderstanding between the IFF and Ashkan with the list of invitees(?). It's an unprofessional post by Ashkan, but knowing how incompetent our football federation is I almost always take the player's side. Especially knowing how professional Ashkan is as a player. He won't be posting about Team Melli and using the word sneaky unless something suspicious and ridiculous is going on.

"sneaky games" is just banter, don't read too much into it. Just like an English fella saying "cheeky games".


"Happy not be a part of this" I think is just really poorly worded. Even if he speaks English he still doesn't have the best grammar and syntax.

I think it's just lack of formal education having an impact more than it should in this case, I'm sure he will be back

I hope none of you pull a muscle reaching for some of these interpretations... I have bad news for you, TM is a national football team, not some big happy family. There is competition for spots. Dejagah didn’t get called up and is obviously upset. The member above goes as far as to call him bisavad to preserve his ideal image of TM.
