Man to be honest I can see both side. I blame Stupid IR officials for treating 2 capital clubs differently. I honestly think they are doing this to distract people from real economical problem that we have in iran. SS fans are mad that PP was allowed sign new players while their club was banned nothing was done to remove the ban! Either way these kind of actions are disgusting and shamefull! However I do understand their feelings.

I went and checked the transfers myself. Persepolis' last transfer was September 8th. Well before the deadline.
If this was a legitimate criticism, other clubs would have tried it.

If AFC somehow does punish Persepolis, be sure it will be for no reason other than hatred and bias... not actual facts.

Sepahan is as much Teame Hokoomati just live outside Tehran. Foold Sepahan is owned by the government and so is the Zob. Tractor is also owned by Sepah. All Iranian teams are OWNED by the government. Perhaps 1 or 2 team aren't exactly but they are still under the Government's umbrella. Let's be fair.
