PFDC needs representation - If you practice law please participate

I want to start a case/compliant or a lawsuit against the AFC for their recent calls against Al Kasir and will also contact the Persepolis club and the player to get their permission to represent them.

We can also start a gofundme to raise money for this important cause. I am sure we will win this case very easy. We need someone with knowledge of International Law who could help us determine where or how to present our case against AFC which is located in Malaysia. I am serious to do this case but need some people to assist me.

I’m a lawyer in LA. I work full-time in television production, so I’m not sure how much time I have available, but in my off-time, I’m happy to volunteer some time to review any letters and documents and coordinate on the matter. After seeing the horrible, broken English letters that IFF has sent to AFC in the past, I think I could proof-read to avoid such a horrible letter being sent.

Webmaster, is there a way to start a PM group to discuss? I think bringing up other sports examples like Houston Astros player Yuli Gurriel doing the exact same motion to mock Yu Darvish, half-Iranian and half-Japanese player in the baseball World Series is a fair comparison. The MLB punishment allowed him to play in the remainder of the important games and he served a later suspension for his action. The timing and severity of Isa’s punishment shows an intent by AFC that I won’t speculate.

The fact that a progressive American sport like baseball can have such a tempered response to such clear, targeted racism against a Japanese-Iranian player, while the beacon of progress AFC takes such swift and severe punishment without even giving Isa a chance to explain his example and without any due process right before the game is as suspect as a decision can be.

If they gave him a chance to defend his actions and suspended, that is one thing. Ousting the primary goal scorer of a team in the hours before a game without any hearing screams of bad faith in AFC’s part.
