Gholi is the closest thing we've had to AK8 since AK8. He is improving every week, he will move to a much bigger team next year and he's a definite starter for me in every match. If it's between Ghoddos and him, I would pick him but I hope Skocic finds a way of fitting both of them in the XIچو ایران نباشد تن من مباد

I just heard Skocic’s interview following the game on TM Instagram - encouraging and happy to hear his statement on trying out a new system. He said “if I don’t experiment new players and tactics now, when should I do it? I’m not going to do that in an official match - we will use what our players are used to which is a 4-2-3-1”.
Let’s us know he is not ignorant like wilmots and wants to change everything up. Good man Skocic....Team Meli Iran

Lets not compare Ghoddos and Gholi, honestly as they are very different players with different roles.
Gholi is thin, fast, and has great ball control. Ghoddos is heavier set, tactical playmaker, amazing at set pieces.
Both need to start.

Exactly. Unfortunately, while Gholizadeh has been dominating in the Belgian league for 2 seasons, Ghoddos has been caught up with legal issues and has barely been on the pitch in the last year.
