they are playing WCQ and Euro Qualifiers. Everybody got paid and everything was set. They had 6 positive covid cases in last 4 days in their camp and FIFA+turkish authorities made a judgement. There is no foul play at all lol.

yea, normally cancelations is a IFF mishap
but considering the possibilities for false negatives, especially in regards to incubation periods and etc....!! as annoying as it is, this was ultimately a wise decision ..!!
Im 100% Certain sardar's departure to Zenit had everything to do with this covid scare too..! and tbf, i totally understandable..!

@ least the players get a chance for a short team building vacay of sorts and Dragan can perhaps set up a mini camp of sort with the squad at hand and perhaps divide up the boys and play 11v11 or 9v9...??

Safety and health of all the players, supporting staff and officials comes first. I am disappointed yet I agree that cancelation was the correct decision.

I hate covid19 so much.. Sigh..

But it’s a good thing I guess. As long as everyone is healthy, that’s the most important thing. This sucks though, not gonna lie.

But really? I hope they save this friendly until their players are cured/or free from Covid19.

Oh well, as dismayed as I am, at the same time we’re used to our TM friendlies getting cancelled last minute on a constant basis. Now given COVID-19 phenomena, it’s at least more digestible and less hurtful to get cancelled friendlies.

I’d rather keeping our players and TM staff COVID-free than playing a meaningless friendly.
