IDK, Am I alone in getting excited to see Abedz time to shine in goal, Rezaei and Gholi doin their thing, a rejuvenated Ezatolahi who has been missing for a while, and a couple of other new and old Legionaries we haven't seen in a while?

All these guys are going to benefit a lot more from this than any of the "regulars" could.

At the end of the day, this is a friendly match. You guys are mistaken if you think Bosnia is going to play all of their superstars as well.

We are missing most of our stars due to a combination of Covid and Injury. Let's not forget right now is probably the worst in terms of Covid infections. Not to mention a lot of players are just finding a rhythm with their teams, like Taremi and ARJ.

Abedzadeh, Milad, PAG, Shoja/Majid, Moharrami, Ezatolahi, Amiri, Gholizadeh, Ghaedi, Kaveh, and Karim is still a very solid starting XI

Ghoddos, ARJ, Taremi, Azmoun, Beiro, Rezaeian, etc will all be back with plenty of time to prepare for WC qualifying!

At the end of the day, this is a friendly match. You guys are mistaken if you think Bosnia is going to play all of their superstars as well.

Also worth mentioning that Bosnia has a UEFA Nations League match three days after our friendly. Being that they are at the bottom of their group, they are definitely going to want Pjanic and other heavy hitters well rested.

It's crazy to think we can miss almost our entire attacking line and still field a VERY solid team. I can see the Gholi-Ghaedi-Kave-Karim lineup being deadly. The only person on the team that is absolutely irreplaceable IMO is saeed. With him in good form, we will truly be a force.

All the games were pushed back a full year. Match day 7 an 8 will be in March, 9 and 10 in June. So we will play Hong Kong and Cambodia in March and Bahrain and Iraq in June.
