Actually Skocic said he was told he couldn’t invite Esteghlal players because of Covid and was surprised that the same players were scheduled to play the day before the TM match during FIFA days. Whole thing seems sketchy Majidi has a history of faking covid to cancel matches and preventing his players from joining Team Melli, he doesn’t want his players to get injured or tired. Sucks for him Yazdani will be a Sarbaz soon and have to leave Esteghlal.

در این ۲ سال مشکلات زیادی داشتیم، اما گوش مان بدهکار این حرف ها نبود و کار خودمان را انجام دادیم و الان فقط یک قدم تا جام جهانی داریم. بازیکنان نباید فکر کنند که همه چیز تمام شده و ساده انگاری کنند.

۱۷ بازیکن استقلال کرونا گرفته بودند و این اطلاعات به دست من رسید که نمی توانم از آنها دعوت کنم، اما بعد فهمیدم که می خواهند بازی کنند و باعث تعجب شد که چطور در فیفا دی قرار است این اتفاق بیفتد. این کار باعث خطر برای سایر باشگاه ها هم هست. در مورد استقلال هم به خاطر کرونایی شدن آنها نمی توانیم در این اردو استفاده* کنیم.

از القابی مانند دلال که به من می*گویند، گلایه دارم. همه باشگاه ها و بازیکنان برای ما یکسان هستند و تفاوتی قائل نمی شویم. چند روز پیش شنیدم یک بازیکن گفته* بود دعوت نشدنش به مسائل فنی باز نمی*گردد، اما قطعا دعوت شدن یا نشدن هر بازیکنی فقط فنی است. این را شفاف می*گویم که همه تصمیمات فنی با خودم است و اگر این قدرت را نداشته باشم، یک روز هم* در اینجا نمی*مانم. شاید اشتباهاتی هم داشته باشم، اما هیچ کس نمی تواند مرا تحت تاثیر قرار دهد و بخرد.

من با دژاگه صحبت کردم و گفتم به نظرم بهترین بازیکن ۱۰ سال اخیر ایران بوده، اما الان که من آمدم زمان تغییرات است. به شجاعی هم گفتم زندگی شرایطش تغییر می*کند و تیم ملی هم همینطور است. من خودم با آنها صحبت کردم و گفتم که چقدر برایشان احترام قائل هستم. به نظرم فدراسیون می*تواند از آنها در شرایط مناسب تقدیر کند.

من سرمربی تیم ملی هستم و تمرکزم روی مسائل دفاعی است. وریا الان ۳۵ سال سن دارد و گفته بود که در هر بازی ۱۰، ۱۱ کیلومتر می*دود، اما این برای من مهم نیست، بلکه کارهای دفاعی اهمیت دارد. من وریا غفوری و بازی اش را بهتر از خودش می*شناسم و دعوت نشدنش هم فقط ورزشی و فنی است.
زمانی با سرمربی ژاپن صحبت می*کردیم به من گفت تو سرمربی تیم ملی هستی و نمی توانی همه را راضی نگهداری. بنابراین مشکل شخصی با وریا یا مثلا رامین رضاییان ندارم، بلکه مشکلم با سبک بازی آنها است و پای حرفم هم می*مانم.

بعد شخصیتی بازیکنان هم مهم است.
حساسیت دارم که بازیکنی رفتاری دور از شان انجام ندهد، اما اینطور نبوده که به خاطر یک اشتباه تلافی کنم. بازیکنان همگی جوان هستند و ممکن است اشتباه* کنند، اما وقتی صحبت از تیم ملی می شود باید مسؤلیت پذیر باشیم و ۳ برابر روی رفتارمان کنترل داشته باشیم، تیم ملی جای هر رفتاری نیست. در مجموع می توانم بگویم همه ما انسان هستیم.

I listened to the part when he talked about Esteghlal. He said that because of Corona "we probably" can not invite them. He said probably and the translator said in Farsi "beh ehtemal-eh ghavee" (most probably). Actually Varzesh3 in this case had a better translation because it said "probably" and not "most probably".

HMM i didnt hear anything about rezaeian or ghaffouri, didnt hear them mention any of their names?
can someone point out what time in the video it was so i can fastforward it? i listened twice now.
he had alot of good things to say, some misinterperated by the guy sitting next to him,
also the translator should let him finish his sentence first before he starts to translate.. horrible everybody talks at the same time..
edit, just saw Futbaldoosts link for the whole intervue so going to listen to it now, maybe its there. just saw the short cip first.
