After many discussions, the members of the Board of Directors of the Football Federation finally wrote an official letter to Shahabuddin Azizi Khadem requesting a meeting of the Board of Directors to dismiss the President of the Football Federation.

In this letter, which was signed by Mehrdad Seraji, Ehsan Osuli, Bahram Rezaian, Shohreh Mousavi and Mirshad Majedi as five members of the board of directors of the Football Federation, the agenda of dismissal of the President of the Football Federation and the election of a new head of the federation is announced.

Other members of the board include Shahabuddin Azizi Khadem, president of the Football Federation, Haidar Baharvand, and Hamid Reza Mehr Ali, first and second vice presidents, Khodadad Afsharian, Tahmours Heidari, and Ahmad Reza Barati.

According to the articles of association, Azizi Khadem must hold this meeting within two weeks, otherwise the board of directors will do so directly.

طبق اساسنامه، عزیزی خادم باید در مدت دو هفته اقدام به برگزاری این جلسه کند در غیر این صورت هیئت رئیسه راسأ اقدام به چنین کاری خواهد کرد.

Seraji (Saipa CEO and member of IFF management committee) who is the first person signing the letter above asking for a meeting of management committee talked in the video below on why they published the letter. He said that Sharifi (IFF media director) did not read the letter. Five members (Seraji, Osooli, Rezaiean, Shohreh Moosavi and Mirshad Maajedi) signed the letter asking for a meeting of the management committee with the agenda topics of: 1- Removal of IFF president 2- Selection of IFF caretaker (acting president). According to the IFF statue, if the IFF president does not hold the meeting in two weeks, members could hold it. His main point is lack of financial transparency, Esteghlal and Perspolis ACL ban, lack of contracts with many coaches, VAR issue. He said that Khadem has not provided the required financial reports. He also said that this is done based on the IFF statute. In the other link another member of IFF management committee, Ehsan Osooli, said that he has ignored written and verbal requests for financial reports during the last year and members have finally come to this conclusion. It looks like lack of transparency and Perspolis and Esteghlal ACL ban is catching up with Khadem and forces are coming together to remove him.

In dealing with Sport ministry, BOD and parliment he hasdesignated IFF lawyer and council Rafiei.
Much reminecent od Trump lawyers and advisers Rafifi act as Azizi Khadem personal lawyer not IFF lawyer. He has been disrespectfull publically toward members of Parliment annd members of BOD. He must be arrogant or stupid not realizing BOD is his boss too.

Recently he revealed after series of communication with FIFA, they have received congratulatory letter of approval of their activities.
When members of BOD asked about these communications and letter , He refused with backing of Azizi.

According to Statue Azizi Khadem cannot alone without consultation with BOD set policy and that sort of secret communication, It's major violation.
Even Baratio BOD member who is a lawyer and did not sign impeachment letter confirmed this wrong secrecy. He said he asked Rafiei & Khadem 3 times.

Thiis action alone call for impeachment.

You are correct technically
but they can call it whatever, it's still impeachment. He will be facing charges, accusations and questions regarding improper policies and if not satisfied with his answers they will vote to remove him that is impeachment

Their FA is a million times better than ours. Look at the camps and friendlies their U23 team has. Their jersey, their logo etc.
Iran’s senior team is amazing that’s why it makes Azizi Khadem look good. Otherwise, he is out of his element.

According to YJC news Merdad Seraji BOD member who signed impeachment letter was sentenced for 6 months ban from football related activities by IFF ethic committee.

IFF board member Mehrdad Saraji was banned from any football-related activities for six months by the ethics committee.

The five members are requesting a meeting of Board of Directors (or management committee) according to the statute of IFF and the Ethics Committee that is supposed to be an "independent" body issues this statement making vague threats without naming anyone. I did not expect more from a morally bankrupt system infested with fraud and embezzlement. Seraji (he is the ringleader of the "rebels" and not that he is any better and he has good intentions) is not named here and if the statement is aimed at the five members who have called for the Board of Directors meeting, it is very extreme again making them equal to enemies of the system. What a shit show. Sorry for all of us including our TM and all those who work hard to keep Iran's name high in the world. My only hope is in all who work hard to perform on the pitch.
