True. Though IRIFF reserves the right to take further action and appeals at any given time (including simultaneously with this letter).

Where does it talk about Appeal?

It doesn’t. It’s inherent and understood in any functioning legal system. Unless AFCs legal process is a kangaroo court ( which it may very well be), Iran can appeal this to a higher body (FIFA, CAS, etc) at any time.

          FYI

According to article 57 of the FIFA Statutes, FIFA recognises the independent Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) with headquarters in Lausanne (Switzerland) to resolve disputes between FIFA, member associations, confederations, leagues, clubs, players, officials, intermediaries and licensed match agents.

              Excellent point.

FIFA needs to be informed that they are not allowed to side with AFC regarding Bahrain as hosts
because it contradicts FIFA’s own decision of a winter world cup.

Bahrain is 101 km from Qatar.

Yes they did....so I doubt temperature cant be argued, plus that's not one of the items brought to the list.

                          Dear all,

If you see fit, here's a way to take action directly with Fifa.com about AFC's decision regarding Iran's remaining WCQ (this is what I did this morning):

                          1. Go to https://www.fifa.com/contact
                          2. Click on "Other enquiries" under category
                          3. Fill out contact form as you see fit (for the message, please put it in your own words and be sure they know you are a fan/individual (not media or a representative of an organization)
                          4. At the end of your message, you can state that you've also included a link to IFF's letter to AFC which further outlines/details the issues at hand
                          5. In the URL section, copy/paste the following link to the IFF letter to AFC http://ffiri.ir/files/fa/news/1399/12/30/36917_152.pdf

The more they get of these the better.

                          Thanks for your time,
                          Diz

A very well written letter. Very concise and to the point with clear evidence to support it.

FIFA needs to get involved. This is NOT about the islamic republic. The excuses proposed by the Asian Football Confederation are more political than their reasoning. This is an issue that affects football fans in Asia (in this case, fans of Iran's national football team both inside and outside of Iran). It has little to do with safety. It can't get more blatant and obvious than this.

Gianni Infantino will need to be notified and FIFA has to take action.
