And this looked bad against SYRIA. We all know how it will look vs any credible opposition.
If by his 3rd camp this is the best skocic came up with for tactic, I think we should be concerned.
With CQ you were seeing an evolution of the team from year to year, camp to camp. Established a strong defensive base, slowly started adding more technical players (moharrami, ghoddos, gholizadeh), more emphasis on building from back (see venezuela, uzbek games pre AC) and then doing short quick combos in and around box using taremi and azmoun. Even when it didnt come off you could see the idea and fundamentals in place. I saw the idea skocic had vs bosnia (high press, use milad and moharrami's speed to provide width, get gholi to combine with front 2) but today i saw the idea too, and it was not pleasant.
