We’ll see, but i think it will be a different game approach from them to what we are used to.
Their lucky win against us last time coupled with their draw against Ukraine have made them overconfident.

If they decide to play more offensive, we’ll get many opportunities to punish them on counters.
Unfortunately i see us go into super defense mode if we score first. That’s why i think it will be a narrow 1-0 victory for us.
Hope i’m wrong and the boys go for the kill when/if Bahrain opens up.

If Bahrain score first, then god help us...
I think they will park the Bus.
They would take their chance with one point, or try to get a luck goal.
Definitely they are hoping for a 0-0 tie.

My combo preference is saeed ez and godos
      If not

I rather have hajsafi next to saeed ez then ahmad noor specialy in a big game.
Ahmad noor in perspolis is great but in tm
He is not quite there yet.

I think our players with dribbling abilities like Gholizadeh, torabi, and ghaedi will be very crucial against Bahrain. I've feeling Bahrain will come to defend hard, based on that we need wingers who can break through their wall and create opportunities for our ST's. Also we need decent crosses; just like it was mentioned on Mazdak's show.. Milad and moharrami were terrible with crosses. Might be good to use nemati and Hajsafi who have better accuracy with those to feed Azmoun Taremi and or Ansarifard

According to Sorkhabi’s recent video, the weather is going to be cool the night Iran plays Bahrain lol. Also Bahrain chose a good pitch for this match (obviously for themselves). Iran will also be playing on a better pitch than they did against Hong Kong last Thursday lol.

It seems that Bahrain’s mind games and tricks are backfiring one after the other. Even the climate doesn’t like Bahrain’s team

Sardar and Mehdi should come in second half as the temperature drops a bit. Sardar is not used to this weather and it takes a long time for a body to adapt usually a few months. Hot weather makes you lethargic and slows you down. This is my only concern other wise we could rape the Bahrainis so bad they would not want to play football ever again.

So it looks like it will be 40 degrees on Monday! It's not responsible to play in these temperatures. I hope that our players will stay safe and put their best feet forward, it won't be an easy game.

One day left to this big game and I'm counting the hours before kick off. Nothing except Team Melli is on my mind...

I'm working from home tomorrow only because of this game, off at 16:00, hit the gym and be back and ready at 18. Sorry dear co-workers, but TM > everything.

Anyone have an update on the referee tomorrow? We all know how important this is.

I switched my schedule to work nights this week so I can watch TM during the day.

                              Lets sink the grassrollers boys

I checked AFC and FIFA match report but both don’t have the referee listed. Maybe Futbaldoost can update us on the referee.
