I think any player who gets a yellow needs to be subbed out. A red card would be too devastating to risk in this match and with the weather Iranian players are more likely to slip up and lose focus with decisions

Play Nourollahi for 10-15 more minutes then bring Milmo in for him. Move Hajsafi over to CDM role.
Torabi/Ghaedi need to come in for Jahanbaksh around the 55-60 min mark.
Ghoddos for Gholizadeh at the 60-65 min mark

If score stays 1-0, consider bringing in PAG for defensive purposes.

Now that we have the lead, we don't need to be quick to bring in attacking options, more so focus on not getting a red.
