Samans teammate Eriksen offered deal fro. MANu
Report: Manchester United offer deal to Eriksen
Manchester United have offered a contract to Christian Eriksen, The Athletic's David Ornstein reports.Eriksen is available on a free transfer when his Brentford deal expires at the end of June. The Danish playmaker joined the Bees on a short-term contract in January, providing four assists and one goal over 11 appearances to help the London club pull away from the relegation zone. The 30-year-old's huge impact at Brentford, so soon after his cardiac arrest at the European Championship in 2021, has apparently captured the attention of numerous teams."I would love to play Champions League football again. I know how much fun it is, but it isn't essential for me," Eriksen told Viaplay in May, according to Ornstein.Manchester United missed out on the Champions League after finishing sixth in the Premier League last season. It's understood new Red Devils manager Erik ten Hag wants to strengthen his midfield this summer; the club reportedly had an opening bid worth up to €70 million for Frenkie de Jong turned down by Barcelona last Friday.Eriksen spent six-and-a-half years with Tottenham Hotspur before he left for Inter Milan in January 2020. Spurs qualified for the Champions League last term under Antonio Conte, Eriksen's former boss at Inter."Eriksen is part of Tottenham's story," Conte said in February. "To come back here would be a good opportunity for him, for me, for the club."Brentford manager Thomas Frank declared himself optimistic Eriksen would stay with the club in May, but the midfielder was subsequently included in the club's list of released players.

After Jansson - Ghoddos also trains with MFF: "They must feel a little love from us".
The 28-year-old Ghoddos is from Malmö but represented smaller clubs in the city before he had his big breakthrough in Östersunds FK. The offensive midfielder then went on to French Amiens SC and has belonged to the London club Brentford for the past two years.
At today's MFF training, Ghoddos appeared in light blue training clothes. His teammate Pontus Jansson is already working with MFF. Aftonbladet wrote in January that the Iranian national team player Ghoddos then nobbed a loan to Skånelaget.
- We have let Pontus train with us and Saman is clearly a player we would like to have with us. They also need to feel a little love from us, and if we can help them get in a little better shape when they go to their clubs - then we do it, says Milos Milojevic.
- They contribute a lot. The guys (in MFF) can see what is needed to reach the next level. They are exceptional against the young players, who can also measure themselves a little, if they are ten times better than oneself or maybe 20-30 percent. Therefore, on most occasions, it is the 20-30 percent that makes the difference between whether you are in the Allsvenskan or the Premier League.
Saman Ghoddos acted most innings during his first season in the Premier League and was noted for one goal and two assists in 17 games in 2021/22. Brentford start next season away against Leicester on 6 August.
