A lot of chatter in Iranian media IG that Salmani might be headed back to Iran specifically Esteghlal. Hope it’s BS. The kid is young, and has time. Needs to stay and work through the adjustment period.

Tbh, he is just an average player. And he is not in the roster today, so they most likely working on something.
Hopefully Payam's language skills and commitment to learn Portuguese expressed in the news conference will be a motivation for Beiro to kickstart his language learning skills and show that he is capable of taking it seriously too. I am so impressed with Payam's English. He is very intelligent, mature, articulate and likable. I have absolutely no doubt that he will be successful in Europe. He could be another great role model for many of our young players.
Here is the video of the news conference with Persian (Farsi) subtitles: https://video.varzesh3.com/video/237...C%D9%86%D9%87/
Go Payam!
well he could also just learn how to make bird sounds and tell the defenders what the sounds stand for, if the english learning is to hard https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ph-IeLgCPgQ
the common loon is my favourite, it could stan for, make offside trap/move up to make somebody offside
then you have the great crow sound.. this english minglish is overrated

He told Varzesh3 he prefers to stay in portimonense and fight for his spot in europe, given his age and career targets.
The coach also knows him and has given him decent minutes, its up to him to take the next step up. He has showed flashes of his talent and is technically and tactically very advanced for a young iranian player, physically he is lacking a bit.
He joined when they were already many games in season (Even later than beiro).
In meantime the current gk and team in general are doing well, 6th place.
I doubt he signs for them from good situation in sepahan + other euro offers if he didnt have some assurances over playing time. but for now he just needs to be patient and acclimate, his chance will come just like beiro, needs to be ready to take it when it does.
Their starting keeper just had a Man of the Match performance and kept a clean sheet against Benfica in their 1-0 win. That's gonna make it tougher for Niazmand to grab the starting spot.
