Probably a combination of the fact that their starting goalie is doing well enough not to lose his spot and the fact that Payam is still settling in. I reckon language might still be a barrier if they had to communicate with him through a head set yesterday.

Well he speaks excellent English judging from first interview but Not everybody on the team may be in same boat so valid point
