regardless it was an excellent and powerful finish.."This is a totalitarian system whose presence people feel in their blood and in their flesh on a daily basis. And it’s one that does not grant freedoms of any kind, or accommodate people’s demands in any way. What is increasingly clear is that there is clear demand for change in the regime. What the people want is regime change, and no return to the past. There is a very real possibility of regime change." - Nasrin Sotoudeh

no wonder in the entire leagues's history only one team outside the usual top 3 sides has ever won a championship..!!

subbed off ...
Very Solid 75 min from him
scored a brilliant goal which was sadly pulled back due offside
i was especially impressed with his smart movements w/o the ball and Pressing from the top .... he virtually completely snuffed out Sporting's abilities to build play/attack from middle of the pitch by very lively and clever defensive positioning that woulda made the best of DM's proud..!! sardar can learn a thing or two on that front from him..!!
looked good for the full 90 .... but i suppose coach had some late plans/ambitions to win it late..?

Good performance by him and great result for maritimo (and for porto).
Maritimo stay in very healthy 8th place.
Alipour is an important player for our image in Portugal. His relative success on smaller team was/is necessary to confirm quality of Iranian players to Portuguese market. Now they are quite happy with him, he is their main striker, and they are offering him new deal.
Having somebody like taremi is of course the dream and brilliant, but you need also less spectacular, but still effective stories to keep clubs interested in our guys for long term, especially after failures of moghanlou, Jafar salmani and mediocre situation of beiro. Mehrdad mohammadi was also a success in this regard
Mohebbi is also really important for the point of overall image, if one of the best young players in iran can show his talent in Portugal after a season of settling in then fuys like yasin, hosseinzadeh, etc will certainly get a chance in the near future.
And with kaveh injury, shahab stuck in ukraine for time being, alipour will definitely have a place in TM for upcoming matches
