James still has a ton of quality when fit/happy but I’m sure they can find another good creative mid for cheaper wages to go with a RB they really need.
like mentioned earlier, if it was tecatito instead would made for a far more sensible swap..! as this young lad jao mario seem to have found his legs after some early jitters late last season and doing an excellent job down the RW in place of jesus corona..!!
he didnt manage to score but today was the best full game performance ive ever seen of Lewis Diaz..!! he was uncharacteristically unselfish, heads-up in his approach and he was hustling all over the place and helping the D and MF..!! Wondered if he was pushing for a transfer himself at least..??

Medhi Taremi definitely had "weird progression"
But if you look back it was no different than Ali Karimi and Javad Nekounam who got better playing in the Arab Teams.
Ali Karimi had some insane progression where he got better and better (he was able to score instead of just dribbling and missing)
But then you had players like Javad Kazemian and Iman Mobali who busted.
I think we incorrectly blame Arab teams for ruining these talents, but they probably would of failed anyways.Original Ehsan of IK ISP and PFDC from 1999/2000!

He used to really pick it up for TM (such as AC 2004) when he was in really long camps and played several games in a row in a decent environment.
UAE destroyed an entire generation of TM.

His failure is on him, he was never ambitious.
AC 2004 was during his UAE career, where he you saw progress on him being able to score, instead of missing open nets (huge reason why we missed WC 2002 aside from the cheating of arab refs)Original Ehsan of IK ISP and PFDC from 1999/2000!

Even 2nd season they wanted to extend him but he was unfortunately too goshad to stay. He calls it one of his biggest career regrets.

I'm of the belief that he actually learned how to play proper football at BM and he did pretty damn well before his injury.Sign this petition to show opposition to US/UK support for the Rajavi/MKO cult

Majority of our players and (specially in last couple of years) are well prepared when they join European leagues which wasn't the case 20 years a go
Obviously time changed and communication is not like before but still...
Except Daei, Kia, Vahid, the rest failed big time in Germany and trained the same way they have trained in Iran or Arab land. Goshad bazi, clubbing, khanom bazi, name it
Yazdani, Mousavi, Dino. Pasha, Khatibi, Azizi, were all failure.
Karimi was gooshad, Bagheri also failed overall considering his talent.
And probably one of the main reason why the Germans never ever trusted Iranians.
Even Daei's time at Hertha was really so so other than 3 CL goals.
He had one good season at Belefield and decent one at Bayern but Hertha time was very average at best. Scored 7-8 goals in 2 years in the league i guess.
