He has played a multitude of matches in Rotterdam, far more than he would ever play in England.
He can try again on his own position, played some European matches and is in an environment where he has had success.
And at Team Melli he has also started to play significantly better, has been important for the team again. How long ago was that?
It is only the first season with a major Dutch club, after 3 years of Brighton. It's still too early to call this a bad transfer.Iran deserves better, TM deserves better.

Some 20 year old Swede walked in from a fisherman's league and took his spot in the in the team.
At this point of his career with the world cup looming he has no time stay and fight, he needs to transfer or loan out ASAP.

He has just played 2/3 of a season at Feyenoord and has played 25 games. Trainer Slot has not lost confidence in him. He has seen him at work in Alkmaar himself and therefore knows what AliReza can do.
You underestimate how bad the 3 seasons in Brighton were for him. If he keeps fighting, he can still get a starting spot at a top-3 club in the eredvisie @Fey.
I much prefer that to sitting on the couch and being used in the wrong positions like at Brighton.Iran deserves better, TM deserves better.

Feyenoord made 5 subs and Alireza wasn't one of them ..."This is a totalitarian system whose presence people feel in their blood and in their flesh on a daily basis. And it’s one that does not grant freedoms of any kind, or accommodate people’s demands in any way. What is increasingly clear is that there is clear demand for change in the regime. What the people want is regime change, and no return to the past. There is a very real possibility of regime change." - Nasrin Sotoudeh

He's not very good. Guy had one decent season and he's tormenting us all.
Then decided to score goal of 2019-2020 in the EPL.
I think its time to except that season and that goal is outside of his normal play.
Way to slow and blocky for a small player.Original Ehsan of IK ISP and PFDC from 1999/2000!
