Iraq has looked much better. They want this game a lot more. Our boys have come out real lethargic this half.
Iraq are up 1-0.
"This is a totalitarian system whose presence people feel in their blood and in their flesh on a daily basis. And it’s one that does not grant freedoms of any kind, or accommodate people’s demands in any way. What is increasingly clear is that there is clear demand for change in the regime. What the people want is regime change, and no return to the past. There is a very real possibility of regime change." - Nasrin Sotoudeh
Iran U23 0: 1 Iraq U23
FH was contrast of style between speed and counter of Iraq with slow build-up of Iran U23.
Iraq coach saw weakness of RB of Iran in the first game and this game utilize on this with doubling on Khoaei.
Iran D line was shaky eary on every time Iraq attacked.
Iraq denied Iran control of MF unlike first match.
Iran’s offense was very weak. Kalmarzi was not good at all, and Belal was ineffective.
Right side of Iran U23 Khodaei, Pilaram, Arazi could not create chances.
Maybe they should have focused on the match and not travel to Karbala to take part in grave rituals.
The team looks real off.

That Karbala trip messed them up. Stupid Islamic Republic.
So sluggish and slow this game. Stupid defensive mistakes and over-commitment too.
