St_Mark, i'm impressed with this Jordan team. Are they using U-21 or U-23 players?
What's your opinion?

Yes they are good last week they defeated Qatar U23 in Doha.
3 months ago they defeated every Arab U23 team in Jordan including Saudi Arabi in Arab U23 tournament.
They play well as a team 90 minutes.

We may end up play one of group B team if we advance.

Let me say this - we have had much more talented U23 teams in previous rounds... who put in much more disheartening displays than what we say today.
It is very early so far, but there is some hope right now with these guys. Ultimate test will be against the East Asian teams though, particularly if we face Japan at any point.

South Korea plays in Group C against Malaysia and leading by a goal by their (C) Lee Sang Min the 1st half.
Very talented team, 5 players of U23 and mostly U21.
Their best player is Lee Kang # 13 , 21 years old who plays in Laliga RCD Mallorca. When he was 17-18 he moved there with Salary of over $300K and worth now 5-8 Million.
Not a son yet but good at his age

I don't know how many young Lee Sang Min are in South Korea who play football for their youth team as a defender
But one that i am aware is 24 years old and played in previous U23 games

Born: January 1, 1998 (age 24 years),
only players born after January 1, 1999 are eligible

unless there is another defender with the same name he can't be part of a U23 team

UAE team much older than Japan. they missed a PK to lead but Japan went ahead. Japan had another chance in last few min hitting cross bar.
