    1) General appreciation : Good.

With all the good transfers we had in july, I would think about voting "very good". Lot of transfers, new destinations, could even have been excellent if the trend would continue in august and if july transfers were for bigger teams or leagues. Finally voted "Good" because of the deception of august : Our 2 dubai tourists, Salmani leaving Portugal for iran, no offer/rumors at all for Gholizadeh and an other failed transfer for Azmoun (to be confirmed today). Also unfortunately, lot of good transfers were shadowed by a bad start in the league (injuries, boavista transfer ban..)

    2) Details :

Best transfers : Mohebi and Niazmand to Portugal
Worse : 2 transfers to UAE + Salmani return to iran
    - Mohebi/Niazmand to portugal : ++
    - Beiro to Boavista : +
    - JB to Feyenoord : +
    - Amir to Segunda liga : +
    - karimi and Naderi to Turkey : +
    - Hajisafi to AEK : +
    - Rezaei to OHL : =
    - Hosseini to Kayserispor : =
    - Ezatolahi staying in Velje : =
    - Salimi returning to Iran : -
    - Azmoun staying in Russia (to be confirmed) : -
    - Gholizadeh getting 0 offer : -
    - Salmani returning to Iran : --
    - 2 new tourists in Dubai : --
    - Milmo : ?

        Pretty average, although a few disappointments ;

Hosseini to a small team in Turkey, instead moving foward (from a free transfer status!)
Abedzadeh to Segunda Division, pretty mediocre team (" ")
Rezaei not able to get at least a lateral move
Azmoun not able to leave Zenit (mostly due club not cooperating)
        Ghaedi moving to desert league
        Nourollahi moving to desert league
Beiranvand transfer issue causing him to be benched yet again
Gholizadeh not able to transfer after a great season

        But also ;
        AliReza playing again (@Feyenoord)!
Beiranvand (maybe, hope so) able to play regular football again
6 (!!) players in Portugese league
Delfi on the way back (i hope)
Ghoddos getting his first taste of EPL
Taremi being the great hustlin' forward we saw last years, again, but now as the nr1 forward @Porto from game 1
Iran deserves better, TM deserves better.

The best transfer in this window was Abedzadeh to Ponferradina

Just wait and see.. Amir will be a starting keeper in La Liga, either through helping his team promote (early but they are 1st place so far) or by transferring again.

The second best transfer was Mohebbi to Santa Clara. He is a great talent. Then i'd go with Naderi to Altay, Niazmand to Portimonense, Hajsafi to AEK.

The rest were either expected or average.

Worst transfers by far were Nourollahi and Ghaedi going to UAE... I don't want to overreact, but these are probably the worst transfer moves we have had in the last 3-4 years. UAE is a disaster of a league. Straight kabobery of a robbery of our players.

It was good. Milad transfer to solid team would solidify it is a good window. Not amazing but not avg or bad.

Azmoun situation is net + for me bc he did not sign new deal. Any transfer to lyon/leverkusen/etc would have been +++.

Jahanbakhsh is big +. Can restart his career and finally become an asset to TM again.

Gholi not moving to nantes/other team was biggest dissapointment of the window. Not even getting belgian top club offers after objectively being one of the best wingers in the league, statistically and in terms of intangibles, for a crap charleroi is really annoying.

Ghayedi was a huge -, more than nourollahi.

Not bothered by Salmani back to PGPL.

Beiro I think is very solid transfer and he will get into xi eventually. Its ok if it takes a while, he is experiencing a normal process for GKs in EU. Look at Emi Martinez who used to play for arsenal to see what I mean.

Niaz and mohebbi are great transfers. Abedz is a + especially considering his start there.

            Naderi, Hajsafi both +.

I think Majid move if he remains fix there is also solid. Not a + bc team seems crappy but for sure not a bad move, he can regain fitness and form there.

Next summer we will look for:

            1. Azmoun final destination. I am sure this will be a big +.

            2. Ezatolahi next step. Hopefully he regains form and nice surprise.

            3. Gholizadeh next step. See ezatolahi description.

            4. Allahyar big next transfer. This will happen in January most likely.

            5. Potential Moharrami transfer depending on if he stays fit all year.

            6. Yasin Salmani to Europe, hopefully somewhere above avg for PGPL-Euro first step transfers.

So in short this summer was a lot of quantity, mix on quality. Next summer promises to be less quantity but much more quality. Besides Yasin ofc there will some hajsafi/moghanlou/Jafar Salmani/Mehrdad Mohammadi type random PGPL transfers we seem to get every year now.

IMO the best transfers were the ones that PFDC was either the least excited about or were pissed off about the most

                - Amir to ponferadina from the jump I was excited about Bc as a GK I have noticed that Amir has ice cold veins running through his body and the confidence of a world champion which for a goalkeeper is 70-80% of the game. He didn’t make a big jump by diving head first into a la liga team but wanted to grow with a team into the top flight and is off to a good start with that. The guy is 28 years young just getting to the midway point of his career and at this time in his career, it was the perfect level up and step in the right direction to get to his end goal of playing in la liga.

                - Hajsafi to AEK…..for anyone who followed his games in Greece you know he was at his best when he was playing there. He is our captain so I don’t think many realized how important it is to be playing at the highest level of competition you can be playing or be put in an environment to get the most out of you as a player. Greek league is not more than a half a step up from PGPL so it’s not like he got some major upgrade with his league but his team is very solid and playing for big clubs always has positive implications for TM players so I was very happy about this one.

                - mohebi and niazmand to Portugal. Anytime young talented players get to Europe it’s a treat and now we have 2 that landed in decent liga nos clubs. I think both have the potential to be very successful.

                - naderi and ak to super lig. Naderi’s Altay won 2 out of 3 first matches and he was among their best players and Denizli clearly sets his team up to play nice footy and focuses on Naderi getting forward where he has looked great. AK who I never thought was a level above asia landed himself in a league that IMO is solid and will help either progress him or if he’s not good enough, be able to at least finally give us that answer after failing in Croatia.

                - Ali JB to feyenoord. No explanation here needed.
                Team Meli Iran
                Perspolis FC
                Malavan Bandar Anzali
