No need for VPN . Just get "Hide My IP" Extension either for chrome or firefox. https://www.hide-my-ip.com/
Then follow this method:

1.) change your IP to germany or any allowed countries.
2.) then after its changed refresh the page (press f5)
3.) Don't press play ! once your allowed to watch simply disconnect/turn off the "Hide My IP " (germany IP in thid case)
4.) Then press play and watch the game with your own internet connection speed.

VPN connection speed is not that great.
