بر اساس اعلام کمیته انضباطی در دیدار دو تیم پرسپولیس و استقلال از هفته بیست و سوم رقابت های لیگ برتر فوتبال کشور که 26 اسفند 1400 برگزار شد،
یحیی گل محمدی سرمربی تیم فوتبال پرسپولیس به دلیل بدرفتاری در قبال مقام رسمی مسابقه به پرداخت مبلغ یک میلیارد ریال جریمه نقدی و شش جلسه محرومیت از همراهی تیم در مسابقات لیگ برتر که دو جلسه آن به مدت یک سال تعلیقی است، محکوم شد که این رای قابل تجدیدنظرخواهی است.
همچنین باشگاه پرسپولیس به دلیل مسئولیت تضامنی در قبال رفتار اعضا و همینطور سوء رفتار تیمی ناشی از 6 اخطار به ترتیب مطابق با ماده 50 و 58 مقررات انضباطی به پرداخت دویست میلیون ریال و دویست و چهل میلیون ریال جریمه نقدی محکوم شد.
در دیگر بخش آرای مربوط به این بازی بهزاد غلامپور مربی تیم استقلال به دلیل بدرفتاری در قبال بازیکن مقابل به یک جلسه محرومیت از همراهی تیم در لیگ برتر و پرداخت دویست میلیون ریال محکوم شد.
باشگاه استقلال نیز به دلیل مسئولیت تضامنی در قبال رفتار اعضا مطابق با ماده 50 مقررات انضباطی به پرداخت دویست میلیون ریال محکوم شد.

With Esteghlal drawing against Sepahan and Perspolis getting 3 points against Peykan, Esteghlal's lead at the top is now 4 points with 5 games left.
