"This is a totalitarian system whose presence people feel in their blood and in their flesh on a daily basis. And it’s one that does not grant freedoms of any kind, or accommodate people’s demands in any way. What is increasingly clear is that there is clear demand for change in the regime. What the people want is regime change, and no return to the past. There is a very real possibility of regime change." - Nasrin Sotoudeh

Hajjhossein Kanani, another TM starter playing in a joke league.

Truth is we've been at a deficit in terms of CB's with strong 1 on 1 play for a long time. Thats partially why under Quieroz we were forced to play so defensively, because they needed extra cover. Its night and day compared to world class CB's that can cut out countless fast breaks; you watch someone like Van Dijk and nobody will dribble past him.

PAG was our only truly solid CB one on one. Who knows what his status will be after ACL return, but look how he dominated everything even vs bosnia.
what him and Majid do give that kanani and shoja dont is very good ability to play out of the back, even under pressure.
Majid is a brilliant passer as he has shown many times this season for kayserispor, lot of chance creation coming from his long balls.
For me their partnership, if PAG comes back in good shape, is superior to Kanani Shoja one who should be the backups.

The moment we’ve all been waiting for…. Saeid’s QSL debut vs Al Sadd.

Not sure how Saeid played cuz god knows I wouldn’t watch this league but considering Al Sadd’s best player got a red card in the 13th minute and they still ended up beating Al Gharafa 5-1 probably isn’t the best thing in the world…
Not to mention allowing a 42 year old Rodrigo Tabata to score against you lol
