Hazfi Cup final between Nasaji Mazandaran and Aluminum Arak will kick off at 8:30 PM Tehran Time, 6:00 pm European Central Time, 12:00 pm EST (NY), 11:00 am CST (Chicago) and 9:00 am CST (LA). It will be held at Azadi. Here is Youtube link.
On a side note, IFF Is playing with fire for not planning to allow women in the stadium. It is already under scrutiny by FIFA and AFC with the disaster in Mashhad during TM last qualifier. It is our Women's fundamental right to attend all TM, PGL and Hazfi cup matches period.
It doesn’t matter how good they play or if the next prodigy or breakout players are playing right now ,,, skocic ain’t watching it or scouting this game …. He already knows who he is going to invite … predetermined list do not matter if they play good or out of form we will see the same old players invited … shame we have come to this …
I just can’t believe ppl like vahid Hashemain stay quit and say nothing … !????
Aluminum was the better team. Azadi hit the woodworks twice (he is only 22) and his great free kick was saved by Hghighi (great save). Nassaji did not even create one decent chance. Aluminum is better organized and seems to have a plan, creating chances from the wings and pressing hard. Nassaji has older players and were lucky not to be scored on.
"This is a totalitarian system whose presence people feel in their blood and in their flesh on a daily basis. And it’s one that does not grant freedoms of any kind, or accommodate people’s demands in any way. What is increasingly clear is that there is clear demand for change in the regime. What the people want is regime change, and no return to the past. There is a very real possibility of regime change." - Nasrin Sotoudeh
