Now with Mahdavikia coaching the u23 team we have a new generation of coaches. coaches that were exposed to forien teams, players and coaches.

We have " not in any type of tanking.

AFTER GALENOIE his is the best iranaian coach right now or some might argue better than gn .

which is need it if uhave knockle heads like daneshgar on the team but he has no system
and needs a very strong assitent

I think Mahdavikia has the most potential, alongside Hashemian. In terms of local coaches, Yahya is also very good, however I would not want any of the 3 as TM coach for a long time, as they still have a lot of learning to do. Keep an eye out for Zandi though, I think he will move up in the ranks soon.

One person who should be kept an eye on is Babak Keyhanfar, assistant coach of Mainz.
36 years old with a Uefa B licence. Since Bo Svensson and he took over Mainz, they have done an excellent job.

IMO, none have currently the caliber to send TM in the second round of the WC.

- Mahdavikia and Hashemian have valuable german experience but don't think they are ready for Senior main headcoach.
Mahdavikia should stay U14, 17, 19, 23 headcoach imo

- Neku and Golmo are promising and they should get more experience in ACL. Also, would like to see them coach outside Iran (Osasuna for Neku, Qatari Al sadd as Xavi replacement or even a national TM like azerbaijan etc..)

- Daei is done at the moment.

- I don't rate Majidi as a good coach. His non-stop hashiye/childish behaviour is a big no.

Also we can also speak about CQ iranian assisant (don't remember his name)

your take on the few of these lot who i have followed loosely seems to be spot on , so i tend to trust your take the rest as well..!
i dont follow ipl much if any, and i also dont think any of them are ready for, nor good enough for coaching TM at WC...!! but if eskoocher train gets derailed pre-WC, i'd figure one of these guys are Most Likely gonna be the next Realistically attained TM coach...??
If it comes to all that, then i'd be most apt to trust a GolMo with Hash/Bagheri as assistants..!

These managers all have good potential if they continue their coaching development. Neku doesn't have a role currently so he needs to get one and hopefully he isn't rushed into a role like Esteghlal anytime soon like Mansourian was.
