          Well said.
Great player but occasionally brain fart on& off the pitch.

Exactly. When a coach makes you doubt your own team, it is indeed sad.

Really depressing scenario but what can you do.. Best case scenario is remediation between Taremi and Skocic or we find a better manager.

I guess I gotta change up my lineup.. Sigh* so depressing looking at the previous 10 pages of this thread with Taremi in everyone's projected lineups:

This is my new lineup against Lebanon:

              --------------Beiranvand----------

              Sadegh- Kanaani-----Shoja---Milad

              -----------------Ezatolahi------------

              --------Ghoddos-----------Amiri-----

              ---ARJ-----------Azmoun------Gholi

Remember last time no Taremi, 3-0 L to Japan.

Last time no Azmoun (breaking up Azmoun-Taremi duo that basically single handedly took us through June of Bahrain and this new phase) we barely beat syria 1-0.

Skocic has built his whole footballing brand off Taremi-Azmoun combinations and inshallah. Now he took 1/2 of that out for his personal feud, will he rely on the old wily fox that is karim ansarifard, part time starter at AEK in feta cheese land? Or will he suddenly put trust in ghoddos who is already laughing at him on social media after he gets regular mins at brentford yet managed 0/180 in TM? Maybe he will opt for a youngster he has given zero minutes ever to in competitive fixtures, like Ghayedi or Salmani? We will see. He could even surprise us more by playing kaveh who isnt good enough for 15 mins at some belgian side nobody has ever heard of (also basically guaranteeing poor guy returns to belgium with an injury).

But bottom line, it will be difficult for him to integrate new player super effectively as he has hardly given any others the chance, even off the bench to bed in with the main squad. Allahyar is also in this category. There is chance whoever he picks takes their first TM mins in months/ever with both hands and plays brilliantly, but such occurences should not be expected. Skocic has not prepared well for a moment like this.

first, here in the free world we have freedom of speech, although speaking and tweeting are technically different, they can both be used to express your opinion. this is also exactly why politician, influencers, athletes and ordinary people tweet. second, sharing your feelings through a tweet is a personal choice in a free world!

                    Play for EPL regularly: Benched

Star player in Liga Nos, score in CL, and up for Puskas award (and hurt Dragan's feelings with a non-specific tweet): Not invited

What's next Mr. Dragan? Score in WC and get lifetime ban?

Would you share how you hated your sex with your girl last night?? as she is your boss in bed at least. NO You Won't. In a free world, you don't go and tweet something against your boss or any other thing that could have a consequence for you or would you? Some things should be just kept and not shared. Taremi crossed the line and he needs to be disciplined. This will help TM and other players would not do the same and the team will keep its momentum. In my opinion this has nothing to do with Skocic's rating. He is the coach and he has some rights over the team right?

And this happens everywhere in the world. The player criticizes the coach and he doesn't get playing time anymore till he apologizes. Thats called discipline. And it is completely normal in the football world if you haven't followed it for a long time. Azizi, Daei and even Karimi were in the same situation in Iran and many other International players have gone through the same.

So...the ball is in Taremi's pitch now.

Federation needs to wake up and put an end to this BS, there’s people from outside TM trying to creat drama destroy team unity. Tell the players to stop using social media and if they do they will not be invited to TM again. With the shit that went down in the Olympics wouldn’t put it past the Israelis their so called Iranian kharabkars to be working behind the scenes, Skocic already called out Saudi international once for misinterpretation and I knew some shit was going on when Taremi wished happy birthday to Mahnaz Afshar.

Now some dumb ass reporter tags Sardar on Instagram calls him my Sunni brother and Sardar puts the post in his Insta story. Sardar quit TM after the 2018 World Cup because of hate from fans and some speculated fans said something about him being Sunni. Hasan Yazdani coach showed us the right way to treat these lash khor kharabkars.

the content of expression is free and personal choice, within the limits of regulations of course. If the trainer is going to share his opinion about Iranian footballer in social media, he has no right to punish someone else for the same act.

^ the difference is Taremi was talking about his coach but Skocic never talked about him. He specifically talked about IPL players and said that Iranian legionnaires are "TaktikPazir" because they play in Europe. But Mehdi never even read his interview I guess and jumped the gun. This was his fault and the coach must hold his authority high in the team or nobody would ever listen to him. This is very normal.
