Here is an interesting fact about lebanon playing at home. Its been almost 3 years that lebanon hasn't lost any games at home (in official matches -excluding friendly match). even korea couldn't beat them at home.

So if we win tommo we have done a great job.

Those 4 games you mention were all games with fans attending. Last time they played at home without fans we crushed them 4-1. Without fans home advantage barely means anything.

Look at Bahrain for example. We had never beaten them away. But we crushed them last time when no fans were allowed.
It will be the same with Lebanon. Minimum 2-0 Iran.

Bro just because a population speaks Arabic doesn’t mean they’re Arabic. Ancient Egyptians didn’t speak Arabic, their language was changed to Arabic, otherwise the Muslim Arab blood is as mixed with theirs as it is with Iranians. The reason Iran’s language didn’t switch to Arabic was because of Iranian resistance, empowered by ancient Persian policies that allowed people to have their own tribal languages. Persian was the formal language used in official matters. This made it easier to resist Muslim Arabs as they had to confront people that spoke a different language each place they conquered and as a result couldn’t spread their propaganda and their message quickly.
Just goes to show how fiercely national policies can dampen the imoact even the most brutal forms of oppression.
